Wild Boar Mug
This is a wild boar puzzle mug from Gerold Porzellan. The mug stands 7” tall, 4” in diameter and will hold about 3 .5 cups of liquid. It has the nude lithophane in the bottom.
The picture shows two wild pigs in a winter landscape. The mug is trimmed with brown, with the lower parts in green, and the sky off-white with a touch of blue.
The bottom is imprinted in blue under the glaze “Gerold Porzellan, Bavaria, Made in W-Germany” with the Gerold crest.
